Hannah Stodel

    Professional Offshore Sailor

    Essex, UK

From no lower right arm to world champion in able-bodied competition, Hannah is a force unto herself. Besides her 3 World Championship titles and scores of other results and awards, she's been the global leader for reinstating disabled sailing into the Paralympic games. She is also an ambassador for the Ditch the Label (anti-bullying) charity in London. Raised to race rally cars, ride horses, and explore the world through sailing, Hannah's independence and mental strength have been proven for over a decade. Now, it's time to finish what she started by becoming the ultimate "single-handed" sailor, and set three major records along the way.

Fractured my elbow at the Team Racing Championships, went to A&E, but legged it before they could plaster it up so I could continue racing. What I lack in arms, I make up for in kidneys- I have 3 kidneys!

This is me kicking in the doors for everyone else. If you want something, just go out there and do it!
