Freeride skiing, big drops, deep powder.

    Matt Elliott

    Whistler BC, Canada

An all-mountain skier who likes it steep and deep with a touch of cliffs in the way.

Matt grew up in the small town of New Liskeard Ontario where he and a few friends fell in love with skiing early. The ski bus would pick us up at various spots around town and drive us to the ski hill. From an early age, he knew he wanted skiing to be a big part of his life.

As soon as he finished high school, he found himself booking a ticket out west so he could experience skiing in real mountains.

Living in Fernie BC for 3 solid snow years and learning how to ski powder was a turning point. He thought he loved skiing before! There is nothing like making deep turns and sharing stories with friends at the end of the day.

During the winters he tries to concentrate on ski photography and film editing and really enjoys traveling to different places to skiing new terrain. As much as he loves his other pursuits, nothing really beats skiing at home with his friends on storm days.

In the future, Matt hopes to keep learning new things as a skier and a traveling the world exploring new terrain. He is constantly in search of that next deep turn.
