Personal description
She came out of nowhere! The 20 year old Swede, born and raised in and around the hills of Åre, was recovering from a knee injury she got from her competitive mogul career. She was joining a few freeride contests for fun, and she was damn good at it. Last season was her first on any tour, and she won the Norway Freeride Cup and the Scandinavian Freeride Championship in Riksgränsen. In addition she gained qualifying points for the Freeride World Tour. What more can you do within the Scandinavia alps in one season?
This season, Rebecka has turned 21 – and she’s travelling the world competing in all the qualifying events to get a ticket to join the World Freeride Tour. Podium position in Chamonix is already in the bag! This mogul skier, has become a freerider. Period!
