I don’t have a login or membership details. How do I get in?
The Helly Hansen Professional program is a membership program for qualified pros and influencers specific to our brand. Membership is by application only and all members need to reapply/requalify annually to continue membership and access. Membership is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time. If you are interested in applying, please visit our Application section and follow the instructions.
What’s my login?
Your login credential is a unique identifier assigned to you once your application has been approved and sent to you.
Do I get a discount?
Yes, being a part of the Professional program entitles you to a certain discount. The discount will vary between groups and individuals and be subject to change. The discount is shown on the site when you log in as a reduced price.
How do I make a return?
The return must be made to the Helly Hansen webshop address, and NOT to any store or other online merchant. Please contact our Customer Service before sending your product back, and they will set up the return and explain the procedure. Returning your product to other retail stores is considered abuse of the program and will result in termination of privileges.
Can I purchase a gift for someone with my account?
No. Membership in the Professional program is for your personal use only. Any gift purchasing will result in cancellation of your account.?We sometimes offer Friends & Family sale. All members will be invited to this, and this will be your opportunity to purchase for others. This sale takes place on our publicly available webshop.
How long does the membership last?
The program is for 1 year. After that you must reapply/requalify. You will receive a message when applicable
