Specific responsibilities will include:
• Manage prioritization of daily orders, receivables, and returns and ensure warehouse has appropriate staffing to complete these tasks on time (2 to 50 temporary and regular employees, depending on season)

We are seeking a Retail Outlet Buyer to support the Helly Hansen Retail Team

Job Purpose:
Manage the product flow and product pricing to drive sales and margins while increasing the overall brand presence of HH thru the outlets.
The Retail Outlet Buyer must work to ensure Helly Hansen Outlets stores serve the company by clearing excess product and fabrics in a controlled brand building environment. The vision is to execute commercial and seasonal relevant assortment plans with buying strategies that maximize sales, margin and inventory turnover.
In your role you will be the driver of processes for planning, forecasting and fulfillment of Helly Hansen Outlet stores. His / her activities need to be in alignment with the corporate strategies of inventory management and considering returning HH goods in a multichannel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop buying and assortment strategies to meet and exceed sales and profit goals. 
• Plan specific seasonal targets in line with “Open to Buy” corporate principles for units and volume. This includes a monthly and store level detailed demand planning of product silhouettes.
• Create transfer projections from Flagship stores to the outlets for seasonal transitions.
• React quickly to developing trends at retail by shifting store allocations and securing additional stock.  Work closely with the Business Operations team on upcoming opportunities from Key account returns or cancellations.
• Manage the pricing of goods going into the stores and instruct store managers on their further markdowns.
• Manage and control inventory levels to optimize sales, gross margin, pricing and sell through of product with a regular replenishment process. Drive focused initiatives to liquidate aged stock timely.
• Lead SMU development in close corporation with Regional Retail Managers and key Store Managers.
