Helly Hansen is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for its Annapolis, Maryland, retail store.  We are looking for applicants who like to work hard AND play hard! Specific responsibilities will include:

Specific responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with the Global Retail Buyer to develop specific buying and assortment collections for Helly Hansen’s North American retail channels. Meet and exceed sales and profit goals and excite consumers with compelling product stories in stores.

We are seeking a Traffic Acquisition Manager (SEM) / Web Analyst that will lead the efforts in generating traffic and new-user acquisition to the HH web and E-Com site via traffic analysis, benchmarking and generating new users through the implementation of paid search marketing (SEM) and deliver key insights based on traffic analysis to the digital team.

80% Execution and Management

Lead the development, execution of a multi-faceted, world class consumer acquisition and traffic generation program:

Experience / Skills Required

• Ability to think strategically while executing at the ground level (can think while getting hands dirty)

• Strong operational knowledge paid search digital marketing tools and tactics - and the skills to align resources to achieve objectives.

• Willing to handle multitasks and work under pressure

• 5 – 7 years combined web and digital marketing & analysis experience.

• Good; multi-language preferred
