Our international and multilingual Munich team is looking for a

Senior Accountant Spain
(Fulltime)

-to support our European Headquarter in Munich, Germany and whose primary
responsibility will be to service and support and lead our Spanish Finance Team.

What would you do @ Helly Hansen:
• Support to the Accountant Spain for all processes and activities related to the accounting of general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Account receivables management incl. dunning process, payment flow and customer management in terms of credit scoring and limits.
• Support in the execution of month-end and year-end closings according to internal and external regulations. This includes the preparation of monthly and annual statements and reports.
• Support for all general country administration tasks(e.g. Showroom contracts, Agent contracts, Insurances, Car Leases, Travel expenses)
• Booking of bank transactions and performing necessary reconciliations on bank and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable sub-ledger.
• Supervision and steering of all outsourcing partners (Payroll, Tax & Legal advisors, etc.)
• Reliable and competent contact person for some of the Accounting/ Finance related issues for Spain (Customer Service, Sales Team, Marketing)

What you bring:
• Completed apprenticeships or studies in accounting
• 3-5 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Basic knowledge of IT-systems (financial) and excellent MS Office skills
• Accurate in work
• Fluent in Spanish and English, preferably with an additional language.
• Team oriented and good communication skills
• Reliable and loyal, energetic and enthusiastic
• Proactive and self starter, stress-resistant

We are seeking a Traffic Acquisition Manager (SEM) / Web Analyst that will lead the efforts in generating traffic and new-user acquisition to the HH web and E-Com site via traffic analysis, benchmarking and generating new users through the implementation of paid search marketing (SEM) and deliver key insights based on traffic analysis to the digital team.

80% Execution and Management

Lead the development, execution of a multi-faceted, world class consumer acquisition and traffic generation program:

Experience / Skills Required

• Ability to think strategically while executing at the ground level (can think while getting hands dirty)

• Strong operational knowledge paid search digital marketing tools and tactics - and the skills to align resources to achieve objectives.

• 5 – 7 years combined web and digital marketing & analysis experience.
