Experience / Skills Required:

We are seeking an eCom Merchandiser to support the Helly Hansen eCommerce Team

Job Purpose:
Increase regional/local relevance in the HH online shops via optimizing a variety of merchandising tools to drive sales from the HH web shops globally.
Your role will be to maximize revenue from our web shops through daily analysis of core KPI's, and other customer centric data.  You will then organize, execute, and own appropriate commercial actions within agreed upon deadlines.  The eCom Merchandiser will be responsible for merchandising, organizing, & selecting content through our front side merchandising & campaign management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
• Experience working with/running  A/B testing & online merchandising tools (Monetate, ATG, Magento)

• Ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive business decisions from analysis exercises.
