Helly Hansen Sport seeks a Freelance Patternmaker to support our Vancouver Design and Development quarters.

Responsibilities will include:
• To support Designers and Developers in the creation of Active Lifestyle products
• Creation of full patters, block patterns, measurement lists for men´s and women´s Outerwear, Midlayers, First layers and bottoms
• Preferably working in Gerber or Lectra
• To take active part in brief meetings, fit sessions to assist developers and designers with fit critiques for proto samples

Helly Hansen is seeking a Merchandiser to join the eCommerce Team

Job Purpose:
Your role will be to optimize our web shops through analysis of our core KPI's, and creating business actions to leverage through our merchandising tools.  You will be responsible for organizing and executing commercial actions to support the Helly Hansen eCom business on a global scale.
Tasks include, but are not limited to: planning, execution, and maintenance of regional/seasonal customer facing promotions.  Align interdepartmental campaigns & calendars.  Administration & analysis of sale events, and ad hoc promotions.  Support seasonal product launches online and drive web shop merchandising.
Your work will increase regional and local relevance in the HH web shops, ultimately driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize online revenue via web shop merchandising and analysis of business metrics.
• Organize onsite testing to optimize regional content, and consumer promotions.
• Utilize merchandising tools to refine & enhance product presentation and web shop taxonomy.
• Support & manage online promotions and seasonal product launches. 
• Drive interdepartmental collaboration to deliver online content & product offers increasing conversion across all customer profiles.
• Lever web analytics tools to understand customer behavior, and adjust site strategies accordingly.
• Analyze web shop inventory levels & execute ad hoc replenishment activities.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience running online merchandising tools (Monetate, ATG, Magento) and conducting A/B testing.
• Proficiency extracting, utilizing, and presenting findings from web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture), ERP systems, and web site management platforms.
• Familiarity with inventory management, retail processes, and pricing.
• Sport & active lifestyle apparel market/industry acumen.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) literacy/proficiency is mandatory.
