What would you do @ Helly Hansen:
- Collaborating in managing the customers in terms of credit scoring and limits.

IT senteret i Helly Hansen levere løsninger basert på forretningens krav og behov, og på de muligheter som IT-verktøy gir. Helly Hansen’s IT løsninger er basert på en felles AD struktur for hele konsernet og all applikasjonstilgang leveres fra vårt sentrale datasenter som driftes av eksterne partnere. Vi benytter Office365, Lync, Sharepoint og outlook som standard kontorstøtte. M3 på ERP, Astro på WMS og Retail Pro på butikksystemer.

- Follow up on various order issues, including returns, chargebacks, delivery issues and exceptions
- Work with sales reps to ensure timely deliveries and provide assistance regarding their accounts
- Assist with special projects as needed (special promotions, mailings, trade show preparation, etc.)

The successful candidate will have:
- An enthusiastic, positive attitude and dedication to building strong customer relationships
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and databases)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and detail orientation
- The ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion
- Sporting goods industry experience is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus
